Returns, Warranties & Shipping
Thimble Wasp Effects offers a 30-day return period from the time of your checkout. If you find your product to be defective or are unhappy with your purchase, contact us via email to establish a return order at email@example.com.
Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them with the original packaging and enclosed materials (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your return and that your refund will be processed using the same payment method as you used to make the purchase. If there are any issues or questions with the condition of your pedal we will reach out to you so please be extra careful with your pedal through its return eligibility date.
Our four-year manufacturer warranty begins at the purchase date for all of our pedals unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. After four years the warranty has expired but you may still contact Thimble Wasp Effects for repair services and/or advice.
To begin a warranty repair order contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Each pedal is subject to a basic wear and tear inspection by Thimble Wasp Effects to determine if the pedal circuitry has been altered, if the purchase date has been altered, or if the pedal has been abused beyond reasonable care. You should reference our "Reasonable Care of Your Pedals" blogpost for more information. The honoring of your warranty is subject to the opinion of the Thimble Wasp Effects warranty inspector.
Customers are responsible for paying initial shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable for purchases. Thimble Wasp will pay for return shipping for items under warranty and/or within the 30-day return period.
